All Oox Affiliate products and services are owned by Oox Affiliate, Ireland. 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, all parties agree to conduct their relationship as if bound by a contractual agreement. This includes adherence to all specified terms, guidelines, and obligations as outlined herein. OOXaffiliate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate this arrangement at any time, with or without cause, upon providing appropriate notice. By proceeding, you acknowledge and consent to these provisions, understanding that OOXaffiliate maintains the full authority to enforce these terms as if a formal contract were in place.

By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use any services.

Your Oox Affiliate Account and Site

If you use tools provided by Oox Affiliate, you must use them in a responsible manner. You must immediately notify Oox Affiliate of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Oox Affiliate will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Oox Affiliate has the right to terminate or deny access to and use of the tools to any individual or entity for any reason. Oox Affiliate will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

Oox Affiliate Services

Oox Affiliate offers backend software solutions for affiliate programs, affiliate networks, and publishing houses . The software enables the following solutions:

performance overview

user leaderboard

user profiles

detailed reporting
Multiple offers

cashier tool

marketing tools

payments

communication channel

agency/network/affiliate/player interface

Payment and Renewal

General Terms. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Oox Affiliate tool and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Set-up and monthly fees are not refundable.

Credit cards or other payment mechanisms you give us record to are used for payments.

Renewal. Unless you notify Oox Affiliate before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel the services, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee.

Subscription can be canceled at any time on 30 days by written notice to Oox Affiliate.

Use of Services

Permitted Use. You may use the Oox Affiliate tools to develop products or services using our data, provided that the data is not used in ways that infringe upon the terms and conditions herein and all other policies and agreements in place with Oox Affiliate.

Restricted Use. You may not use the Oox Affiliate services and tools to substantially replicate products or services offered by Oox Affiliate. If Oox Affiliate believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated or attempted to violate these conditions or the spirit of these terms, your ability to use and access the Oox Affiliate services and tools may be temporarily or permanently revoked, with or without notice.

Content Posted on Other Websites

Oox Affiliate does not have any control over third-party websites and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to an external website or webpage, Oox Affiliate does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage.

You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. Oox Affiliate disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of external websites and webpages.

Copyright Infringement

As Oox Affiliate asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others.
